Q: What's the deal with changes or cancellations?
A: Life happens, and we get it! If you need to make changes or cancel our services, we kindly ask for a heads-up of at least 30 days. This helps us pivot smoothly and keep things rolling.

PAUSE CLAUSE
Q: What if there's a delay on my end?
A: We're a team, and teamwork makes the dream work! If there's a hiccup, like a delay of more than 10 business days in getting us what we need (think inputs, approvals, or payments), we hit the pause button. Don't worry; once we're back on track, we'll get your project rolling again. Just keep in mind there might be a little reactivation fee, depending on the situation.
