How To Partner With Us
If you've never partnered with a marketing team, or maybe you have, but are hesitant about making that leap again - we want to ease your mind with this step-by-step layout of what partnering with us looks like and how to start the process!
Step One:
-Send us a message through our website or social media (www.markethouse.ca , @markethouseyeg)
-Or book yourself in for a meeting on zoom or over the phone via our website contact page
-Or write us an email (info@markethouse.ca)
(Don't be scared! We are friendly teddy bears and love to chat!)
Step Two:
-Once we hear from you, we will probably end up scheduling you in for an initial 15 minute 'get to know you' consult with one of our team members.
-Use this time to tell us about your business or idea you're interested in partnering on.
-We will take some notes, ask some questions and get to know a bit more about you (and you about us)!
-We will most likely also ask you about your budget for this project, because we always want to honour that with our clients.
Step Three:
-We will then take our notes from our meeting and go to the drawing board for your estimated quote.
-Your quote will be built based on your desired outcome for this project, services that were discussed, as well as services that we think would benefit you.
-We also keep in mind how we think you could best achieve your goals with your budget in mind.
Step Four:
-From there, we'll give you some time to look over the quote, ask any questions you have and let us know if you want to go ahead with all (or some) of the services that were offered.
-If you say yes - we do a happy dance and welcome you to our Market House family (dancing optional on your part... but encouraged.) :)
-If you say no, thank you... we still cheer you on, check in to see how your business is doing and let you know we are in your corner, always.
Step Five:
-We get to work - together!
-We never take over, we never keep you in the dark.
-We PARTNER with our clients and make sure that you know you're in control - we're just here to lend a hand in getting you to where you want to be - organically and honestly with our relationship-based approach to marketing.
